RETURNS
We hope that you enjoyed your shopping experience at BEENIEBUDS&CO LTD.
If you wish to return an item(s), we ask that you get in touch with us via our CONTACT page and we will assist you in the returns process. Before doing so, please ensure that all the criteria is met prior to returning your item(s) to us by checking the points below.
- Your item(s) must not be worn, damaged, altered or used.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all original labels still attached.
- The refund request must be within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once you are happy to send your item(s) back to us we advise that you package your return carefully, that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain your proof of posting should an item go missing. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met. Original postage costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving your returned item.
- Items on SALE are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs if the item is simply unwanted. If an item fails to be delivered due to incorrect address provided at point of sale or returned to us after a failed delivery attempt and further failure to collect the order from your local postal depot, you will be responsible for return postage costs back to your address. If a refund is preferred instead of re-delivery, initial postage costs will be non-refundable in this case. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund which will be issued via your original method of payment if all above criteria is met.
EXCHANGES
Our exchanges are treated as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange to us (please read terms above) and proceed with a new purchase online. You will be credited for your returned item(s) via your original method of payment once these item(s) arrive back to us.
CANCELLATION
In addition to our returns policy the seven day cooling - off period applies. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
